Skratch was a game in development
for the Playstation 2 by Pirate Games Ltd.,
a small start-up company. Originally it was
called "Geist", but when we went
to E3 2003, we found that there was already
a game by that name. So we changed the name
to "Skratch", and later "Gryff"
(which explains the disparate names on the
art below). I started on as a Concept Artist
and eventually grew to be the all-purpose
Art Director, managing pretty much every artistic
aspect of the game and, to a lesser extent,
the company.
The last I heard, Skratch was mired in the
Sony PS2 approval process, so don't expect
it to be on shelves anytime soon.
